    Upgrading from PAYG to pay monthly or booking add-ons or similar things often fail with annoying bugs that cost a lot of time. Would you please just take my money instead of forcing me to invest a lot of time calling your call centre? / Also, Content Lock is blocking normal websites such as Web Archive, help instructions for using the app to turn it off do not work (at least they don't for PAYG customers who have provided credit card details). / Edit: EE Twitter just ask me to call, not helpful.

    Was brilliant, then stopped working, saying try again later, uninstall it, as the developers suggested on other people's reviews, and re installed it, opens fine now, says I have a bill to pay but has absolutely no way of me paying it! Nothing to click on like before, why do developers have to mess about with something that already works? You've just ruined the app, 5 stars before 1 star now! I'm too busy in my life to keep trying, if you want paying ring me..

    I would like to be able to set up a direct gift data every month without having to log in and do it manually everytime....i have suggested this several times but no one takes any notice... Edit: I would also like the app to update and be immediately use-able, as opposed to giving an error message for the first few days.

    I have rarely had any issues with this app over the years. However, today it stated I had to upgrade My EE in order to continue using the app. So I upgrade and now all I see is the message "There seems to be a problem...Sorry we're having difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later". It was working before this upgrade! How frustrating, when will this issue be sorted?

Try closing the app and coming back a bit later". Never had a problem before, assume it is the forced update, is this going to be fixed soon? Edit: uninstalling and reinstalling works...

    Why can't I top up in the app any more!?! It says to go online which, as it turns out, is clunky and time consuming. What is the point of having an app unless you can use it to top up directly therefrom!?! What used to be a reasonably simple thing to use has now turned to absolute rubbish. Well done, that's quite the achievement.

    Just had to update the app as it says I needed a new version., now can't log in to my account. EE If your going to update the app make sure it works before you release it to your paying customers . The old app used to work great, don't mess with something that's not broken.

    "Network error while retrieving your data usage. Please try again later. " Please fix!. I'm on latest version. Been like this for over 2 weeks. Edit 25/9/21 developer responded. I'm not on twitter or Facebook, so I can't reach out I'm afraid.

    It's started working again, the uninstall did the trick. The app seems to work great now, so fingers crossed it stays that way.

    This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. It has caused me no end of problems and made it impossible to access my EE account. It will not accept my new email and PW. I have tried and tried . 3 times uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The problem is with the saved email. When I changed my email I deleted the original but it still defaults to that. I have had several long chats with EE and Samsung who have done their best to help. They say the app is the problem. Please fix .
